WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT FOR PARTICIPATION?
If you can hold and throw, you are old enough. In other words, no age limit! If a member of the group is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver before he/she can participate. Parents or legal guardians must be present and are responsible for their kids under the age of 18.
WHAT ARE YOUR NORMAL HOURS OF OPERATION?
We are open every day of the week. Currently our hours are:
Mon: 11am - 10pm
Tues: 11am - 10pm
Wed: 11am - 10pm
Thur: 11am - 10pm
Fri: 11am - 11pm
Sat: 11am - 11pm
Sun: Noon - 10pm
HOW DO I BOOK MY AXE THROWING EXPERIENCE?
We have online booking available to reserve in advance. However, we have 17 axe bays to work with, and if you have a spur of the moment decision to want to throw some axes, we do allow walk ins! You can always call us to check the current wait time for the next bay opening.
DO I HAVE TO THROW AXES?
You do not have to throw axes. Our full service restaurant serves some of the best food in Sevier County, and dine in only guests are welcome. You can walk in or call for call ahead seating/reservations.
DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL RESERVATIONS FOR BIGGER GROUPS OR PARTIES?
We do offer special reservations for bigger groups/parties and highly encourage y’all to take advantage of this service! To qualify, you must have at least 12 people to qualify for our small group rates. Visit the Parties/Events page and review for more information.
ARE SPECTATORS ALLOWED?
The space at Country Roads Axe Co. is limited, but spectators are absolutely allowed. However, remember that virtually anyone can participate, we have axes, knives, and ninja stars to help everyone get involved! We encourage the WHOLE family to be involved from the kids to Granny and Pawpaw!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
CLOSED-TOE SHOES ARE A MUST!!! Also, remember that y’all are throwing axes, knives, and ninja stars… in other words… ATHLETES! So, wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement.
IS AXE THROWING SAFE?
Ahhhh, the question everyone asks… Yes, axe throwing is very safe! Fortunately for us, we have been told that we have the "safest lanes in America" by WATL professional and professional axe instructor, Miguel Tamburini. This combined with following the safety rules, this becomes a very safe AND AXEciting attraction for the whole family to enjoy!
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN ALCOHOL?
No, all alcohol consumed must be purchased at Country Roads Axe Co., but who wouldn’t want to pour their own draft beers and try some of our moonshine inspired cocktails?
DO Y’ALL HOST CORPORATE TEAM BUILDING EVENTS?

DO Y’ALL SELL MERCHANDISE?
“TAKE ME HOME!” We take pride in our logos and the merchandise we offer. Guests can expect to see soft-touch, garment dyed t-shirts, variety of hats including Richardson, men and women sweatshirts/hoodies, and other miscellaneous memorable to take home.
